For this job we use a Whisper Wash Surface Cleaner, which is a highly reputable brand based out of Florida - One of the largest pressure washing innovation capitals in the United States. 

For our actual pressure washer that powers our surface cleaner, we use another Florida-based company called Pressure Pro. We use their flagship model produced in 2019 which boasts an incredible 8 gallons per minute and up to 200 degree hot water– this allows us to achieve a superior clean via high volume rather than high pressure. Many amateur companies using equipment from Home Depot will boast a much higher than needed PSI like 5,000 but only putting out 2 or 3 GPM. In surface cleaning that combination is notorious for leaving “tiger-stripes”, etching and many other undesired irregularities in the results. In some cases 5,000 PSI up close with a wand with an improper nozzle is enough to remove the top coat layer of concrete and permanently damage your property.

Additionally, in the spirit of risk mitigation, we have installed a high-pressure, inline filter on our surface cleaner to prevent any debris from entering the nozzle ports. Just one small piece of debris can clog a nozzle causing a pressure spike, this has the potential to cause irregularities and damage with otherwise perfectly tuned professional equipment.
